SOL Gathering Schedule 2016-2017

SAVE THE DATES!!

sol-fishSchool of Leaders Gathering Schedule 2016-2017

Greetings all Cursillistas! School of Leaders Committee Members have met to pray and discern our schedule from Fall 2016 through Spring 2017. We are adopting sort of a “school year” calendar and are sending the dates to you ahead of time so that you can SAVE THE DATES and join us.

School of Leaders is for all Cursillistas who wish to further their understanding of the Cursillo Charism and Mission, the Cursillo Movement in all 3 Phases of the Journey, and further study of Church teachings, all ultimately to further the growth and success of NH Cursillo.

Although NOT the sole reason, School of Leaders is the main tool/resource that trains the potential weekend team members, so that while at Team Meetings, Community Building becomes the focal point, NOT the rollos and “nuts and bolts” of the weekend. To this end, our concentration this coming SOL year will explore spiritual topics and some of the procedural topics that are vital to the success of any 3 Day Weekend and Post-Cursillo living.

All Meetings will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church Hall, 180 Loudon Rd., Concord, NH from 9am- Noon. (Check-In begins at 8:30 am with coffee and pastry). Bring a snack to share if you’d like, too. We never refuse food!

Dates for SOL Gatherings are:

October 15– Topics are the New Pilgrims Guide and Prayer to the Holy Spirit

November 12– Topics: Our Baptismal Call and Cursillo as an Apostolate

January 14– TBD as a full day from 9-3 with various presentations to attend

February 11– Kerygmatic Witness and the Gospels

March 11– Weekend Deviations and Lent

April 8– We Are an Easter People and Why a Cloistered Weekend?

May 13– The DeCuria Process and How the Church Teaches Us
