Good morning,

Sent this to Mike Fitzgerald.    

If space allows, room for children’s games (I’d ask adult/parents to bring what they have and let me know so I could list it, and maybe a way to bring the children together in one space if the adults want to have any kind of like-minded witness talk or other activity.

A general gathering at 12 to welcome and have an opening and then a time of singing/closing would be appropriate.

Still a general outline.   After a place/date is established (by May 31)  I will need help registering people, ideas about what the Secretariat might provide, and getting or various activities organized.

Let me know your thoughts.
