[Nh-secretariat] Wednesday's secretariat meeting

Will do Amy- my brain has been shutting down a bit earlier than usual, too.  The biggest item will be to vote on the bylaws, so if everyone can read those ahead of time, it should be a pretty straightforward vote up or down.  If there are any questions, please submit them to the secretariat beforehand, for possible discussion online.  Thanks.

Good afternoon, I am able to make the meeting on Wednesday starting at 7PM.  I am an early to bed, early to rise person. I am asking this in a loving way, if we could please keep on point and our talking brief, I would greatly appreciate it.  My brain checks out usually around 730PM and our meetings have been running pretty long lately.  Crunching numbers and working on building plans/contracts all day - construction season is in full swing :).

Would like to ask for advice, date, location for a summer picnic/ultreya.   Maybe pull in Mike Fitzpatrick, if he is willing, to see if a Concord area would work (and be an opportunity for Concord folks to talk with each other!)

On Wednesday, Jyl, Rob, and Fr. Chris will be at 5:30 Mass and then confession (Fr. Chris), Kevin is traveling and may not be able to join us as he’s on the west coast, Michelle may need to be at the hospital with mom, and Sandy will not be able to join us either, so, we need a quorum to meet. I think we’ll have it with 5 of us at 7pm.

Len, Christine, Rob and Jyl, and Amy will definitely be able to meet at 7pm on Wednesday, Fr. Chris will join us after he absolves everyone ��, so I think we can meet and let Mike Fitzgerald give his Men’s weekend report first before going on to other business.  We need the 5 people on the 501c3 doc’s to give their yay or nay to the new bylaws, so if you cannot attend Wednesday, please look over the docs that Rob has already sent to us and send your vote along via an email.  Everyone should look over the docs anyway to be aware of the new proposed bylaws before the 5 incorporators vote on them.
