[Nh-secretariat] Wednesday's secretariat meeting

Good afternoon, I am able to make the meeting on Wednesday starting at
7PM.  I am an early to bed, early to rise person. I am asking this in a
loving way, if we could please keep on point and our talking brief, I would
greatly appreciate it.  My brain checks out usually around 730PM and our
meetings have been running pretty long lately.  Crunching numbers and
working on building plans/contracts all day - construction season is in
full swing :).
