[Nh-secretariat] Wednesday's secretariat meeting

Hi all,

On Wednesday, Jyl, Rob, and Fr. Chris will be at 5:30 Mass and then confession (Fr. Chris), Kevin is traveling and may not be able to join us as he’s on the west coast, Michelle may need to be at the hospital with mom, and Sandy will not be able to join us either, so, we need a quorum to meet. I think we’ll have it with 5 of us at 7pm.

Len, Christine, Rob and Jyl, and Amy will definitely be able to meet at 7pm on Wednesday, Fr. Chris will join us after he absolves everyone ��, so I think we can meet and let Mike Fitzgerald give his Men’s weekend report first before going on to other business.  We need the 5 people on the 501c3 doc’s to give their yay or nay to the new bylaws, so if you cannot attend Wednesday, please look over the docs that Rob has already sent to us and send your vote along via an email.  Everyone should look over the docs anyway to be aware of the new proposed bylaws before the 5 incorporators vote on them.
