Good news - we have officially filed to be a Non-profit Corporation in NH.  See the attached document for details.

Amy, the official notification may come to you since I put secretary at nhcursillo.org <mailto:secretary at nhcursillo.org> as the notification email address.  Let me know if that happens so that we can take the next step (filing for a new EIN and reworking the bank account).
