[Nh-secretariat] Fall weekend dates confirmed

Hi all,

Elise has sent a confirmation email to me re: the Fall weekends (Oct. 15-18 for Men’s, Nov. 5-8 for women’s).  We can now start to invite someone to lead those weekends.  Can you please prioritize the list I sent to you this week with 3 or 4 men’s and women’s names to invite to be the rector/rectora, ranking them 1-4?  We can then offer suggestions for asst’s names to them, once they accept.  Then possible team names…. You know the process.

I am planning to ask Gloria Hayes for the Fall weekend, as she was interested in the Spring weekend,  but had a conflict with the Spring date.

I’d like to wrap these positions up before Easter, if possible.

We will have a number of items to discuss at our next Secretariat meeting on April 8.  Please submit any items you’d like to discuss before April 6th.  Thanks.
