[Nh-secretariat] another FOH request

Hi Claudette and all,
Ben Maloney did not need FOH as his brother paid for him.   There was only
one.   The very first one was Travis Frink of which the Secretariat
approved previously.   Only one candidate could not come.  He contacted the
team directly.
I have notified Michelle already.
