Hi all,

Another round of snow tonight into tomorrow!! Will it ever end…

Attached, please find the proposed agenda for next Wednesday’s Secretariat meeting.  Please look over and let me know if there is anything else we should add to it.

 

Our focused attention will be on Fall weekends and inviting Rector(a) and assistants and SD’s, so please be thinking of names to nominate.  

We will also be discussing the 501c3 doc’s we reviewed last night, so please look them over again for final approval so Rob can contact a lawyer to review them.  He called Nick Cort, but he was a criminal lawyer and graciously declined to assist us in this endeavor.

 

We have also been given 3 former wardrobe cabinets at SMMC to use for our weekend supplies in the St. Joseph residence.  See attached photo.  We need to purchase hasp locks for them to lock up the supplies.  Rob will install them next week before the weekend begins, and the cost will be about $50 for 3 hasp combination locks.  Do I have your approval to purchase these 3 items on the Cursillo debit card?
