The person that Tom Vilardi directed me to is Jared Davis (jared.w.davis at doj.nh.gov) Asst Attorney General.  Jared suggested that we reach out to the NH Center for Non-Profits (https://www.nhnonprofits.org/).   Although the seminar referred to has gone by, it has a list of attorneys that do this should we decide to move forward with one.

Getting Started Seminar:
It turns out that NHCNP has a seminar entitled, “https://www.nhnonprofits.org/events/thinking-about-starting-nonprofit-what-know-you-begin” scheduled for January 29 from 9-11.  It is a virtual meeting and is $20 each for non members.  I will be attending that whether or not we decide to become a member.  NHCNP has a membership for $92/yr that includes discounted or free seminars for starting and maintaining a non-profit, or we can simply pay for the seminars directly. I will attend the seminar and will be happy to attend with any other Secretariat members.  Once the seminar is completed, I’d like to for a subcommittee  to begin the process of converting our documents to those required by the State and IRS.   Any volunteers?
