Hi- We have returned safely from our trip and I have contacted both rector/as re: team formation progress.  Here is Kristen’s reply so far.  I will have another update at our next meeting on January 14th.  Happy New Year.

Hi Claudette,

 

Welcome home! I hope you had a wonderful trip & a holy, blessed Christmas! 

 

I just spoke with Genevieve. We are currently waiting for (2) people (who are still discerning) to respond to us. Forming a team has proven to be challenging for both of us, as many people who were recommended to us have been asked and said “no”. However, we are trusting The Holy Spirit knows who is supposed to be there and through much praying, we have an amazing Team of faithful women coming together;

Stacey Cooper-Jennings will be our 4th day Witness (she works on Sat. and could not commit to Sat. team meetings)

 

We have asked the following who responded No after prayer & discerning:

Florence Osgood - 1st time

Charlotte Anutol - 1st time

Sarah Smith - 1st time

Leigh Baker

Debbie Ambrose - no response left multiple msgs

Stacy Cooper Jennings - no to weekend, will be our 4th day as noted above

 

Our in-person meetings will take place at Holy Rosary Parish & we will hold the following meetings;

 

Jan 10th - Sat 9-12, In-person OLHR Library
Jan 20th-Tues, 6:30-8, virtual
Feb 7th-Sat, 9-12, In-person OLHR Library
Feb 17th, Tuesday, 6:30-8, virtual
March 7th-Sat, 9-12 In-person OLHR Library
March 28th-Sat, All day - 8 Mass (optional) 9-3
Apr 9th-Thurs, 9-10, virtual (finalize logistics)

Apr 16th-19th Weekend!

 

May 17th- Sun 1 pm Group Reunion @ OLHR

 

*If inclement weather on in-person dates, we will have meetings virtually so if Zoom links can be provided for each meeting, this would be appreciated!

 

We’re getting there. I’m praying our Team will be finalized by Sunday night.
