[Nh-secretariat] Leaders School

Hi all -

Just writing to let you know I have formed a team to study Leaders 
School for lent.  We chose an article to read and will meet over zoom 
every other week to talk about it.  These ladies are willing to help me 
with the beginning leadership.

For now we are studying and talking about our goals and dreams.  
Eventually we will choose a start date for the actual zoom school.

I think it would be great to have “sections” but I don’t think we are 
ready to delve that far yet.  It would be great if the section leaders 
formed little committees on their own for now - if there are things you 
need help doing?  At some point in the future these groups could form 
the basis for our leaders school.  But until then - we’d be building the 
bricks to form a stronger school.

I talked with Steve Duffley and he reminded me that forming the team for 
the weekend is a lot like mini-leaders school - because we don't have a 
leaders school to draw from, and also people are quite busy already - 
the team formation involves quite a bit of learning about our mentality 
and reasoning for the movement.

Anyway - food for thought.
