[Nh-secretariat] Possible Dates for 501c3 Walkthough

All:

I have been working on/off on the documentation and have a cut ready for review.  Since we will need to sign these documents, I think that it will be beneficial to have a working session where we have the document(s) up on the screen and walk through them line by line to address any questions, concerns, etc.  That said, I think it will take a couple of hours to do so.   I realize that no date will be particularly good, but wanted to get your vote on availability.   Here are the options.  Please rank them 1, 2, 3, or  4 with 1 being your best option and 4 your worst and reply back to me with your ranked preferences.   I will schedule this meeting based on when we can get a quorum together.

_____ March 21: 10 AM - 12 PM


Once we settle in on the day, I will send out the documents ahead of time for your review before the meeting.
