[Nh-secretariat] palanca letter to the community

Well I think it’s well written.  
My two cents and then I’ll put it aside because I know we can’t change it.  I’m for having everyone go back to writing all candidates a personal letter because that’s how Jesus loves is “by name”.  That is what struck me on my weekend that people wrote to me individually.  I’d rather see an effort that people put in all or nothing but going back to personal.  If it’s all or nothing then it would be equally distributed.
But that is water under the bridge so looking at what you wrote it explains the process effectively.
