I guess I’m on a roll tonight.   I have submitted the 1023-EZ for tax exempt status to the IRS.   I understand from Josh that once they pick it up an process/approve it (may be several weeks), we will be considered a Tax-Exempt Non-Profit Corporate under 5013(c) as of today.  We could in theory take tax deductible contributions as of tomorrow.
  
I will let you know once I receive additional correspondence from them.

Sandy, I included your email on the payment info CC.   You should receive an email from the IRS indicating that we paid $275 via the card.   I have attached the receipt below.  Let me know if you can’t read that.
