As we discussed in the Secretariat meeting this evening, I have brainstormed some general areas where we ought to consider changes/improvements to the website and our processes that can be automated.   I’ve attached the brainstorm document I started.  Please take a look at it and send me any ideas, changes, additions, etc. that you feel we ought to consider for 2026.   Keep in mind, some of the items are technical shorthand for technical things that need to be done, so, if it sounds technical, just ignore it for now.

Please get back to me as soon as possible with any feedback.
