Sean said the three proposed weekends are open and we can have any of those we want, so we will need to decide which two we should use for Fall weekends.

He doesn't think we will need to put a deposit down, but Rob Eib is checking into the insurance rider and Sean thinks we will need to procure one.

They don't have the possibility to provide food or kitchen staff right now, but there is a Market Basket nearby that does do platters, so we will have to think about either catering or providing staff for the meals.  So, $75 pp plus insurance and food are now on the table for the donation...I asked if a kitchen will be set up by then or can we use the kitchen in the Admin building if necessity becomes a reality.

He is checking into priest housing, but said they are welcome to stay with the team at Joseph House, and we can use both the small adoration chapel and the larger chapel for our activities.
