She is asking to have an asst who has been a rectora to help her out since it's been a while since she's been an asst. or on team. She is going to call a few ladies whom I recommended, and she groups with Tracey Collopey, who can be a great resource for her as Tracey was just on team as Jyl's asst. I am going to try to meet with her to give her the kit this weekend, and I would ask Amy to also be a resource for her since Amy has also been a recent rectora. I will put the two of you in contact soon. Rob is going to give her password access to all the documents she will need for the weekend. That's it for now. We leave next Wednesday for Germany via Paris. Enjoy the snow and the upcoming holidays. May the Christ Child bless you all abundantly!! Amen.. God bless, Claudette "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Phil 4:13) -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... She informed me that Genevieve Van Beaver has agreed to be her assistant rectora, and that is great news! She will be a wonderful addition to the team. I recommended that Kristen also invite another woman who has been on team at least twice before to be another asst rectora to be trained to be a future rectora. I recommended Pat Canning to her and told her I would send some more names today. I would also recommend Christine Kingsley (her husband Scott was just an asst with Jim Bruneau) and perhaps a couple more names. Any suggestions? I'd also like to recommend some new team members from the past few weekends. Before I look through the database, could you send some names to me? Amy, I think Stephanie ? (from your weekend) would be a good team member? Any other suggestions? I will ask Mary Pat as well. We are leaving Wednesday evening for Berlin via Paris, so I am confident that you can all hold down the fort while we are away, but if something does happen to us, I am also confident that you can pick up where Rob and I left off as teams are forming and the technological resources are up and running for Michelle and Sandy, et al. I haven't signed any agreements or insurance riders yet with SMMC for the Spring weekends, so I will expect those to be forthcoming in the New Year. Kevin, please let me know what supplies you need to be ordered and we will take care of that in January. Michelle, please let me know what you need as well. A very blessed and holy Christmas to all and we will be praying for you during our visits to many beautiful churches and cathedrals while in Germany and Prague. I will be checking email when the internet is available to us. De Colores. Claudette -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
