All:

Thanks for a productive meeting yesterday.   Here are a few notes / action items from the meeting:

For those who have note yet entered their Team Application please do the following:
Go to https://nhcursillo.org <https://nhcursillo.org/>
Log in to the site either at the top of the page (“Sign In”) or by going to the Contact Us / Email tab.
Enter a user name of “team” with the password “JesusW0rkInMe”
In the Resource tab, you should now see a Team Application
Fill it out and send it along.   
Note that you will still have to click “No” to all of the questions even if you haven’t been on team.  I’ll need to change that, but will have to wait until next time.
Let me know (email, text, or call me) if you have any trouble.
Rob: Finalize and upload the edited schedule to Dropbox under Cursillo 327 to accommodate Father Chris's availability at 12:15
All Team Members: Submit $250 check made out to NHCO at the all-day meeting
Tom / Al: Submit safe training certification records to Michelle for verification.  If you have any questions, please reach out to Michelle at pre-cursillo at nhcursillo.org <mailto:pre-cursillo at nhcursillo.org>
Rene: Restructure leaders Rollo to include clear definitions of Christian leadership and reorganize content using chapter headers from the provided outline.  The positions you noted are good; just fold them into the chapters
Rob: Will post the timesheet form on Dropbox
Carl: Great job with a unique perspective in your Rollo.  Just slow down the delivery pace
All Team Members: Think about and suggest ideas for making the Fiesta more engaging and fun
Dave: Follow up with two potential candidates after mass
Karl: Send email to NHC regarding needing a pilgrim guide
Team: Continue recruiting candidates for the upcoming Cursillo weekend
