I’ve attached the approval documents for your perusal.</div><div><br></div><div>The next step in our journey is to file with the IRS for an EIN (tax ID) which I will do tomorrow. Once received, the bank accounts can be modified with that number and we can set up to take electronic payments. Finally, we can apply to the IRS for 5013c status once we have an EIN.</div><div><br></div><div>At our next Secretariat meeting, we will need to consider and approve Bylaws. </div><div><br></div><div></div></body></html>
